Exclusive Interview With Bubblegum Boyfriend, A New Indie Pop Artist
We got a chance to interview Bubblegum Boyfriend, upcoming celeb featured on 10k Projects, Creator of Popstar Factory Records and more

  1. Personal Growth: What's the biggest lesson you've learned about yourself in the past year?

I learned when you want to achieve things your way, you should learn how to produce it so you can customize it your way. Things take time

  1. Career Milestones: What's your proudest career moment, and why?

Co branding myself with entertainment lawyers and having them mentor me to be an artist who owns. Since I was a marketing producer & not only a music artist receiving production, they taught me that I’m lucky. They showed me more secrets to success and want to help push me to succeed at the highest level. They champion my entrepreneurial angle and more. Also, learning from a guy named Ray Dalio. Ray taught me the most critical thing about manufacturing influence. It’s like studying sales and psychology.

  1. Balancing Fame and Family: How do you balance your public life with your personal life, especially when it comes to family?

I make sure to spend time with them enough so when I have to go on tour or do engagements or acting, they don’t miss me like that.

  1. Mental Health: How do you manage stress and anxiety, especially in the public eye?

I produce myself. Being my own producer makes most things in my own hands so I stress less. All I stress about is getting the right paperwork for my record label. I want to get an upstream distribution deal where I can release music with marketing and have incredible success. Waiting for replies is my only stress.

  1. Social Impact: What causes are you passionate about, and how are you using your platform to make a difference?

I want to be able to one day have capital to give people production deals & help invest. I think many people are stingy with their resources and it ruins the music business. If i can change creators' lives who aren’t offered help and promotion, I will win.

  1. Future Projects: What exciting projects are you working on that you're excited to share with your fans?

I have 12 albums unreleased. I am shopping to corporate record executives to secure marketing allocation. Once I get it, you will hear great songs I produced. I want to release my catalog.

  1. Biggest Challenge: What's the biggest challenge you've faced in your career, and how did you overcome it?

Getting executives to take my plans seriously, Not every artist is dumb, but since many have jobs with outdated contracts, they look at me to expect that i’m dumb. I was a business student in sales, and marketing production. But I want to improve the business and venture into the VC side also. Having a music career to achieve some milestones then sell websites to VC is my goal.

  1. Advice for Aspiring Artists: What advice would you give to young people who aspire to follow in your footsteps?

To go on avvo.com and get a production deal from a lawyer. Do not waste endless years doing things alone. It will waste your time. Or create your own event or production with your friend, then charge people to be in it. Create your own thing.

  1. Unconventional Interests: What are some of your hobbies or interests that people might be surprised to learn about?

I like making websites and doing graphics. Some of my websites I tried selling to venture capital companies to promote the music business in a new way are NextToGetSigned.com , A360Deal.com , TheMusicIndustryOnline.com , MyLawyerAccount.com , MajorLabelArtists.com etc. It’ll happen overtime. Then I want to fund my career.

  1. The Feeling: How does it feel to be a top celebrity?

It is okay but it can be expensive if you produce it yourself. Sometimes when you get opportunities at the wrong time, it’s the only option. Take your time & set benchmarks and you’ll be fine. Shortcuts work only sometimes. Sometimes it can be frustrating not being in Publicist agreements where they’re your management but if you set small goals, it’ll work out okay. Having a job first is best, relying on investors timelines can be stressful af. Just pace yourself. I have a long way to go.

I marketed myself to 100M views and 2 Million views on Youtube.
